Shipping Policy

Most in-stock items will be processed at our warehouse within 2 business day of ordering however, may be subject to up to 4 business days depending on stock and order volume. We do not process orders on weekends or major Canadian holidays.

Once your order has processed, you will receive an email notification to track shipment. Keep in mind, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on courier’s website.

All shipments will arrive within 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse. Depending on your location you may be subject to delays.

Should you order multiple laptops, desktops and/or combos, please be mindful your order may process in a split shipment. In cases of a split shipment, once you receive an email notification with your tracking number, please reach out to our customer service department for more information on alternate tracking numbers and possible expected delivery dates should that information be available.

Upon delivery, be sure to verify your order. If you notice any issues or discrepancy please notify our Customer Care Team within 60 days of your order date through the Contact Us Form.
